Albert Caruana has come out with his NorCal Cross Country All-Decade Teams (2000-2009)

Shouldn’t surprise anyone who follows running around here but Redwood  Empire girls dominated the list. Ukiah’s Amber Trotter was number one followed by Montgomery’s Sara Bei, both National Champions. Casa Grande’s Jacque Taylor and Healdsburg’s Sarah Sumpter also made the top 10. With Bei’s four State wins these four won seven State Championships, in Cross Country alone, for the Redwood Empire.
