The North Coast Section gets to send 18 boys teams to the state meet.
Because of the number of schools in the NCS in division I only two teams from that division advance.
Santa Rosa high had one of there best teams ever this year. Of all the divisions, at NCS this year, the Panthers had the 7th fastest team in all of the NCS.
Not only does that leave this top notch team out in the cold, it showed up even bigger in the top individuals not going on.
Of all five divisions here is the list of the fastest individuals not advancing. Again you can see the Panthers have some great runners that because of the set up will be watching from the sidelines.
