Sara Hall wins 1/2 marathon

Sara Hall won the Napa-to-Sonoma Wine Country Half Marathon for the second year in a row as she lowered the Empire record for the distance to 1:13:16. Cardinal Newman seeking assistant Cross Country coach

Cardinal Newman High School is seeking to hire an assistant coach for the 2014 Cross Country season. Being able to run with the team is preferred. Practices are daily from Monday-Friday after school with Saturday meets or practices. Stipend available. Please contact Head Coach Chris Puppione at coachpup@gmail.com.

Rylee Bowen makes USATF Junior Championship 1500

Rylee Bowen earned the last qualifying spot into the USATF Junior Championship 1500 meter final with her prelim time of 4:43.13.
