Montgomery high student Julie Nacouzi is the lastest Redwood Empire runner to win the Foot Locker West Regional race. This qualifies her for the High School National race next week in San Diego where Nacouzi will try and follow in the foot steps of Amber Trotter, Sara Bei and Julia Stamps as National Chammpions.
