Welcome to the PD’s running blog

Welcome to The Press Democrat running blog. The Press Democrat has hosted my running web page since 2002 which you can see at www.northbay.com/running/ This blog is focused on high school cross country in the fall and high school track in the spring. When time allows other running tidbits will be added here, like how local runners are now doing at college meets or locals competing in races like the Boston Marathon. Glad to have you on board.
