Rylee Bowen National Jr. Olympic Champion

USATF Jr. Olympic Cross Country Whispering Pines Golf Course, Myrtle Beach, South Carolina December 13, 2014 Rylee Bowen is the new National USATF Jr. Olympic Cross Country Champion winning the 15-16 year old Division in 17:40.7 for the 5k course. Her time also moves her to 7th All-Time for a 5k by a Redwood Empire preps and bumps Kim Conley out of the top 10. Alia Gray 2:39:43 Marathon

Former Maria Carrillo (2007) runner Alia Gray ran the fastest women’s marathon ever for an empire runner at 2:39:43 at the New York City Marathon Sunday.
