30th annual Chico multi Classic

SRJC sprinter Christian Corbin won both the 100 (10.80 +1.0) and the 200 (21.80 +0.1) at the De Anza Invite 2/28. Lea Butler soars

Former Rancho Cotate High’s Lea Butler has risen fast in the pole vault world. As a junior in 2011 Butler was only an eight foot vaulter placing 4th in NBL finals. As a senior she had a nice improvement to 9-4 but was only a 3rd place finisher in the NBL. Only two years later Butler is now the State Community College silver medalist for our Santa Rosa Junior College team, taking 2nd with an 11-7¼ vault. State results Congrads… Read More »

Johnson twins star in Wyoming

Former Piner stars Dezirae and Kyra Johnson are still leading the way just now on the college level for Fresno State. Dezirae won the 400 in a PR of 54.37 at the Mountain West Conference Championship this week held at University of Wyoming.
