Ukiah’s Paul Holden is now two for two in races this year.
Today, Sep. 22, he won the Yolo Invit. by a huge 29 seconds.
Holden won in 16:33, a new meet record.
According to Keith Conning the old record of 16:37 was set by Garrett Seawell (Woodcreek, Roseville, SJS) in 2008. Seawell also won the 2008 Stanford Invitational in 15:30 and went on to American River College in Sacramento and Arizona State.
