This video was the most watched video at Flo track for the month of March. Nothing special just a vaulting pole breaking on a women vaulting. To keep it simple for those who have never vaulted before if you are vaulting correct, meaning driving into the pit, if a pole does snap on you you will still have forward momentum to land in the pit. If not you risk landing on your head in the hard planting box. One of the times I snapped a pole I found the plug 50 yards away from the box.
